さぁ、桜の季節になりました～でも、今日はあいにくのくもり。Balazsを説得して外に出てみると小雨が降っていました。しょうがないので、歩いて近くの川辺へ。。。あるある、桜の木が！

うーん、8分咲きでしょうか。今週半ばくらいには満開の桜が見られそう。でもキレイでしたよ～。桜だけじゃなくって、他の花とか、鳥とか、春らしいものがあちこちにあり、なんかゆったりした時間が過ごせました☆

It is cherry blossom season! But it was a bit raining in the afternoon. We decided to go to the river near our house on foot. The cherry tree still has some buds and not all flowers are opened. It will be in bloom in the middle of this week.

I also found other spring flowers and birds near the river. Those made me relaxed and happy

今日スーパーで見つけたわらび餅。こないだの桜わらび餅よりちょっと高めなだけ、まったり甘くて美味しいっ！黒蜜をからめていただきました～。Balazsは今、わらび餅にはまっています（笑）

The rice cake which I found in the supermarket. This is a bit more expensive than the last one I had a few days ago, but much tastier! I ate this with black sugar sirup. Recently, Balazs also enjoy ‘warabi mochi’ so much

今日の夕食は、茄子とパプリカのリゾット。すごく美味しかったっ！パプリカって、粉のパプリカのこともいうけど、ピーマンのこともパプリカっていうんですよね。。ああ、ややこしい～このリゾットは具だくさん。お米1カップで約6人分ができてしまいました…茄子にソーセージ、じゃがいも、しめじも入ってるから旨味が出ててお腹いっぱいになりました～！生クリームか、サワークリームをちょっとかけるとマイルドになって美味しかったです★レシピ良かったら持っていってくださーい。

I had aubergine and paprika rizotto for dinner…it was so tasty! We say paprika not only for that red powder, the green pepper as well. Thats confusing! Anyway, this rizotto contains a lot of vegetable and after adding only 200ml of rice, the amount becomes for 6 people… it is tastier if you add some aubergine, mashroom, sausage, potato etc. – it makes you full and it is nice to eat with some double(single) cream or sour cream.

今日、スーパーで桜の葉入りのわらび餅を見つけました～カワイイ★これって毎年春になると売ってるものなんでしょうか。。はじめて見た！
98円という安さにもひかれて購入～お味は…ほんのり桜の味がして、きなこともぴったりで美味でした！

I found a mochi (kind of rice cake) with sakura (cherry blossoms) leaves…cute! I have never seen this and wonder if it is sold at this time every year. I bought it because it was very cheap… it has slight sakura taste and go with bean powder

今日はりんごのスープを作りました！ハンガリー語ではオルモレベシュといいます。

ん、りんごでスープ？？と思うけど、これが美味しいのです★…冬は温めて、夏は冷やして食べるとグッド！材料は生クリームや白ワイン、クローブ、シナモンなどなど。甘ったるそうだけど、そうでもないんですよ～これが。クローブの匂いも前は「うーん」と思っていたけど、これは重要なスパイスです！！右のblogrollからレシピに飛べますので、是非一度試してみてくださいね～

Today I have made Apple soup called ‘Almaleves’ in Hungarian. You might think that soup made of apple is odd, but this is tasty   We eat hot one in winter, cold one in summer. You need double cream (or single cream), white wine, clove, cinnamon, etc. It is not sweeter than you think. I thought that clove smell was too strong for me before, but now I think that it is very important spice for cooking.

If you want a recipe for apple soup, please let me know! 

今日の夕食は、白菜とベーコンのトマトクリーム煮パスタ（長っ！）白菜がだいぶ前から冷蔵庫の中でどーんとスペースをとってて、どうにかしなきゃと思っていたところ。。いつものサイトで「白菜」と検索すると、出てくる出てくる。Balazsと一緒にどれにするか30分ほど相談し、このトマトクリーム煮にしました！白菜だけじゃ足らん…ということで、パスタにかけることに。
写真じゃちょっと分からないけど、白菜でベーコンをくるくるっと巻いて、楊枝でとめてます。ちょっと凝ったカンジが嬉しい。最後に生クリームというのがいい。トマトの酸味が中和されて、さっぱりおいしい。。チーズを加えるといいと書いてあったけど、パスタを加えるとなると確かにもうちょっとコクがあってもいいかも。
スープパスタみたいで、私の好きな味だったし大満足でした～

Todays dinner was ’soup pasta with chinese leaf and bacon’. The chinese leaf had been in the fridge since last sunday…it was such a big amount that it took so much space in the fridge. I found a lot of recipe about chinese leaf and decided to make this tomato cream sauce after discussing with Balazs. We decided to eat it with pasta because chinese leaf and bacon did not seem to be enough for us…
What I like for this dish was some double cream was added last of all. it makes this sauce milder even though tomato sauce taste is quite strong. The recipe said that I could use cream cheese or cottage cheese to make this taste thicker…I think it is better to use them when I eat with pasta.
Anyway, It was my favourite taste and satisfied so much

先週、突然酢豚が食べたくなって、週末は作るぞーと一人で意気込んでた私。。。なのに今日はあいにくの雨…買い物にいくのも億劫でどうしたものかと悩んでいたところ、いつも見ている料理サイト「クックパッド」で鶏肉を使った美味しそうな酢豚のレシピを発見！！（酢豚とは言わないか…）冷凍にしてある鶏がある～ラッキー。

レシピの投稿者のご主人はアメリカ人で、その方はあまりの美味しさにバクバク食べていたそうな…。アメリカンとルーマニアンは違うけど、、外国人にも受ける味ということかな。。Balazsも魚の南蛮漬けとか、甘酸っぱいものを“美味しい”と感じるようになってきたけど、どうだろうと思いながら料理に取り掛かりました｡

いつものように、砂糖と酢をちょっと減らし、完成！！味見をすると甘酸っぱさがちょうどイイ☆★☆ 鶏でもいける！さてさてここからが勝負。ご飯だよーとBalazsに炊き上がった白米を添えて持っていくと、、(Balazsは昨日届いたPCにつきっきり…）

Balazsには酢がちょっと強かったみたいだけど、大満足のようで嬉しかったです☆今度はもう少し酢を減らしてみよう。作ってみたい方はクックパッドのレシピNO.247435を参照してください～

I had been thinking about making ’sweet sour pork’ since last week. But it is rainy today…I was too lazy to go shopping! When I was serching for a recipe for this dish in COOKPAD, recipe site, I accidentally found the recipe using chicken instead of pork! I was lucky, there was some frozen chiken in the freezer!
The person who gave a recipe to this site, has an American husband, and he enjoyed this dish so much…American and Romanian are different but I thought that foreigners must be able to accept this taste! …finally I started cooking…
I reduced some sugar and vinegar as usual and tried tasting. It was just good…I loved that taste. Balazs also said that it was so delicious!! We finished all I had made

おとといBalazsが、中古のパソコンをオークションストアで買いました。値段は10000円くらい。昨日お金を振り込んで、さっき荷物が届きました～☆

パソコンといっても、デスクトップの横にある箱（本体）のみで、画面はなし。。あれもパソコンというんですねぇ。それに小さい。。
それをサーバーにするらしいです、よくわかんないけど…。

届いた荷物を開けると、、CDを入れる蓋が壊れてるっ！！
うーん、元々か配達中に壊れちゃったのか。。まぁ、動くみたいだから問題ないけど、保証期間もあるし、お店に連絡してみようかな～。

Balazs has bought a second hand PC from the auction shop the day before yesterday. It cost about 50 pounds. I sent money to the shop yesterday and the parcel has just arrived

He bought only the harddisc which is like a box…I didn’t know that I could call it ‘pc’ without screen..he is going to use it as a surver even though I don’t understand well.

When we opened the package, we found that the lid of cd rom was broken..!! We don’t know if it was from the begining or because of the delivery …the machine is working but anyway, I will contact the shop again….

なんか、今日も仕事でぐったり。。始めたばっかりだから大した事はしてないけど、気疲れはする。。
今日はBalazsとポテトとセロリのスープを作りました☆これも結構オイシイ。もし良かったら右のbrogrollからレシピが見れますので、作ってみてください～～

最近お昼ご飯が、おにぎりとかサンドイッチになってきてる。疲れてお弁当を作る気にならない…慣れてくるまでは手抜きでいいかなぁ。。。

Quite tired today as well… I did not do any important job yet but I have to care a lot in a new environment, that is why

Recently, my lunch (packed lunch) is only sandwich or riceball. Cos I feel tired everyday and don’t feel like making gorgious lunch. maybe until I get used to my job…
